Carol is a business woman with a background in employment and immigration law, who discovered a passion for helping businesses to achieve optimal growth.
While helping businesses with their staffing needs, she found herself providing onetime consulting services to help with Marketing and Business Strategy. Realizing the potential for specialized services for midsize businesses, she used her professional connections to establish a network of experts who provide business consulting services primary in Marketing and Business Strategy.
She built a team of Partners and Consultants who are experts in Business Strategy, Marketing, Data Analysis and Software Development. The average individual experience of each Partner on our team is 20 years and that of a consultant is about 10 years, in their respective specialties. This simple yet powerful combination of forces creates synergistic outcomes that benefit our Clients.
As someone who emphasizes efficiency in all her endeavors, she created a simple team structure that consists of Consultants who are responsible for the work product, and Partners who provide guidance and supervision to ensure success. Since all modern businesses generate data through their day to day operations, our experts are able to analyze such data to come-up with solutions to implement new ideas that lead to organic and non-organic growth.
When not working Carol loves to travel to historic travel sites both in the US and internationally. She is also an avid fan of American Football, Tennis and Baseball and has visited more than half of all the baseball stadiums in the lower 48 states of the US. She maintains active travel and sports blogs.
